Veronica is an accomplished real estate industry professional with 30 years in the real estate industry, including the last 11 years as a RPR Industry Relations Director. Her experience includes representing real estate buyers and sellers, franchise office manager, real estate school director, local association president, WCR State president and a 2015 REALTOR® of the Year. At RPR Veronica is responsible for member engagement, member retention and increasing usage of the RPR platform amongst REALTOR® members of the largest MLS’s and Associations. She does this by providing support and training at the membership level, while also developing and managing C- level relationships with some of the largest MLSs and Associations.
She is an approved continuing education instructor in New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts & Delaware. Course content topics include, but are not limited to: RPR platform, skills development, license law, contracts, negotiation, business practice. She has instructed CE classes and presented programs at numerous state conferences such as Triple Play (NY, NJ, PA), New Hampshire and Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and NAR NXT.
A recognized communicator Veronica has the ability to clearly present concepts on a one on one and large group (400+ audience) basis. She keeps up-to-date with changes in the industry through attendance and participation of industry events: National Association of REALTORS®/Women’s Council of REALTORS® Conferences, TechEdge, Xplode, networking/education events and seminars.
