Robert Tuzzo has spent the last 25+ years in real estate, specializing in real estate finance where he has been responsible for many billions of dollars of mortgage originations in both the residential & commercial world. He has established himself as an expert in the field & is constantly reinventing himself with new marketing ideas, cutting edge technology & innovative business strategy.
Robert serves currently as the Regional Vice President of Cross Country Mortgage, one of nations largest residential retail lender. A decade ago he cofounded The New York & New Jersey Schools of Real Estate because he felt the real estate community was underserved in regard to training & continuing education & lacked a modern twist. Many of his classes are FREE & that is his give back to the real estate community. His goals are to continue to be making speaking opportunities energetic & fun, while providing educational value that translates to better more efficient day to day business & more sound professionals in the field.
His most recent venture is Commercial Consultants Network, a full service Commercial Lending Arm, who specializes in CRE, Ground up Development of Residential & Commercial properties, Bridge Financing, Credit Tenant Financing & SBA to provide financing for businesses to either be started, purchased or support expansion. Rob & his team felt there were so few credible options out there for commercial lending & wanted to be part of the solution while educating residential realtors & finance professionals about Commercial Real Estate.
