John Gillam, is active with the National Association of REALTORS® organization as an instructor, teaching and presenting local, state, and national classes and conferences. He has earned multiple designations for areas of specialty in both his real estate practice and as an instructor, including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), C2EX, and is a GSL (Gold Standard Instructor Leader) and a (DREI) Distinguished Real Estate Instructor with the Real Estate Educators Association, which allows him to instruct other real estate educators around the U.S. on how to maintain best practices. He strives to build all of this into his current active real estate practice as both a producing broker and Supervising Broker in CO and NM, with experience in residential, commercial and farm / ranch with EXIT Realty Home & Ranch.
