Jim currently serves as the Executive Managing Director of the Northeast Region for Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services. He is responsible for the oversight, recruiting and expansion of business development for the multiple offices in the Northeast Region. Jim also maintains general oversight of appraisal quality for Colliers and in particular, the Quality Enhancement function that monitors the appraisal quality, client service and company process compliance for each Colliers appraiser.
Jim is very active with the Appraisal Institute, currently serving on the National Finance Committee and is the 2016 National Vice President elect.
