Diana Bustamante is a real estate broker and instructor with experience in International Real Estate. She began her real estate journey in 1985.
She has trained, coached, and consulted countless new and experienced real estate agents on ethics, agency, disclosures, and good practice in the Real Estate business.
In the span of three decades, she has held several positions while working in various real estate companies as well as being very involved in committees at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), New Jersey REALTORS®, Passaic County Board of REALTORS® (PCBOR) and now North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR).
Diana’s committee involvement with the New Jersey REALTORS® includes (Professional Standards Committee, Housing Opportunity & Diversity, Continuing Education) as well as a Trustee of the Housing Opportunity Foundation serving as Secretary for several years. At NAR, Diana has been a member of the Professional Standards Committee and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Advisory Committee.
Diana holds several professional designations and certifications: Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), e-PRO® (Electronic Professional), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Transnational Referral Network (TRC) and has been an Instructor of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
Currently, she is a licensed NJ real estate instructor for pre-licensing, broker’s and Continuing Education as well as an approved instructor for At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Expanding Housing Opportunities (EHO) and the new Bias Override course.
