The objective of this class will be to assist Realtors® in understanding the many different areas that comprise mortgage financing in today’s fast paced markets. Realtors® will learn the basics of mortgage financing and how to differentiate the many loan products available today in order to best meet their client’s needs. This session will focus on mortgage products, credit analysis ,income analysis, and the home appraisal, and how best to provide clients’ direction in navigating their home purchase.
