In this course, participants will develop skills to select and capture their various niches of clients. Marketing and advertising techniques that are lawful, ethical, and engaging will be compared and contrasted in accordance with the Law of Agency, Fair Housing Laws, and the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics (COE). Additional attention will be given to the protection of consumers regarding non-solicitation zones, cease and desist zones, sign ordinances, limited English proficiency, current environmental concerns, and illegal conversions.
