The purpose of this course will be to educate Realtors® on the approval process on new or existing condominium projects using Conventional or Government Financing. Once completed, Realtors® will be able to better assist their clients wishing to purchase condominiums townhomes or homes within planned unit developments with a further understanding of steps needed to finance these types of property
