A traditional listing appointment often consists of a licensee explaining to a seller through a verbal presentation what is involved in the marketing and sale of their property. By increasing visual communication techniques and speaking less, the licensee can improve the seller’s understanding of the information allowing them to retain it longer which could result in a more professional relationship. The material presented in this program will demonstrate a variety of visual aids, props and techniques permitting the participant to demonstrate to a seller that “seeing is believing” and that “a picture is worth a thousand words” thus improving their comprehension of the process of getting their property sold.
