This session looks at issues specifically with title, appraisal, inspection, mortgage, & other agents that cause deals to die. Agents will learn the tricks to minimize the number of deals you lose when one of these other folks screws your deal up & how to recover and close deals you already have that would otherwise die. More closed deals equals happier customers.
