As licensed real estate professionals we are responsible for adhering to license law, Code of Ethics, Multiple Listing Policy, FTC, Digital Millennium Copyright ACT, and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. All of these acts, laws, rules and regulations impact a licensed real estate professional’s use of media. Social media and technology is a fast-paced and forever changing world. In this course we will review the REALTORS® Code of Ethics and how to insure you are in compliance while using all forms of media.
