All New York real estate licensees must complete 22.5 (twenty-two and one half) hours every two years based on their license renewal dates. Of this 22.5 hour requirement agents must complete:
- 3 hours of Fair Housing credit
- 2.5 Hours of Ethics credit
- 2 hours of Cultural Competency credit
- 2 hours of Implicit Bias credit
- 1 hour of Agency credit
- 1 hour of Recent Legal Matters credit
