Jim Hall is an Affordable Lending Senior Manager in Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Mission and Community Engagement division. He is responsible for promoting, educating and increasing use of our affordable lending products, including Freddie Mac HFA Advantage® Program and Freddie Mac Home Possible®.
Prior to joining Freddie Mac in 2018, Mr. Hall served for 12 years as an Assistant Director at New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA). Before that, he built over 20 years of private lending experience in the finance industry, spanning the areas of operations, compliance and business development.
Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Rutgers University.
