While many people have 20 years of experience in the industry, Paula’s experience is more varied than most. It is true that the day that Paula was born, her mother was reading a title file in the hospital and she grew up in a family where real estate was always the talk at the table. She began working in the title agency her father owned as soon as she was allowed. Making her way from the mail room, to bookkeeping, to searching in the court house, then reading files as a title officer, handling money disbursements and closings as a settlement officer, Paula learned everything she could. She attended her first $20 million closing when she was 20 years old.
With the benefit of that knowledge, Paula went on to open a lender owned agency for a respected lender known for its highly competitive rates and sound business practices. In the 9 years Paula was with that agency, she expanded the company from New Jersey into Pennsylvania and New York, maintained a paperless office, grew a top quality title team of 20 people in a highly organized environment and went from being known as her father’s daughter to an accomplished professional in her own right.
